Couldn't tell ya. I live on the opposite coast, and only have done internet transactions with them.
That said, tires and wheels, they can do. basic bolt ons they can do.
Which means they are more than capable of doing anything for an X5, since there ain't much you can do to one from an aftermarket perspective. :-P
