If you are experiencing very harsh bumps and scared for your life on dips, the links on the rear end are too low.

I have the 2.0" H&R springs and H&R links in the rear and when they were first installed the car drove like sh!t!

I had another shop adjust the rear links so that they are slightly higher than the fronts (raked look), and the ride is pretty close to stock now.

I have an E46 as well that is lowered 2+" so I am used to what a lowered car should ride like....so trust me when I say they didn't set the end links correctly!
