Funny you say that. That's been my same experience so far with my local Audi dealers. The experience I've had with BMW was much better. The Audi dealers don't or can't seem to grasp our society is much more informed and the old sales tactics of "getting the buyer into the dealership" isn't as effective. Oh well... Part of the process I guess.
