Thanks for posting this video. Yes, mine sounds similar, like a very loud swiss watch in slow motion.

I will also record mine, as this will help confirm. It always sounded to me like valves tapping... and I initially thought, do these cars have loud valve taps?

Now it seems like it is the injector sound, most likely.

That's my guess. My truck has always been that loud. I talked to my tech adviser yesterday and we agreed im due for new injectors and possibly plugs and or coils. If your truck ever kicks a cam shaft sensor warning then its the timing chain. He doesnt believe I have any of the symptoms of that yet.
