If you OVER TORQUE your lugs you stand a chance to warp the rotors or damage your aluminum wheels. Remember that you cannot gauge how much TORQUE you applied to one lug let alone 20 of them. If you have an uneven TORQUE range it might no seat evenly on the hub and cause a slight vibration or warping of your rotors during hard braking, etc.

What Alpine said is true. Even more so if you use 25mm or 30mm b/c those bolt to your hub. I can also suggest that after you torque you can then drive 50 or so miles and check them again. Once you do that you are good to go. IMO it is better to be safe than sorry. Harbor Freight is another possible option for the wrench although I have not bought one from them.
